If The Weather Is Warm

If you are sending chocolate to a climate where the temperature is 70 degrees F. or warmer, Beerntsen’s recommends chilled shipping. Because Beerntsen’s does not use wax, paraffin or preservatives, our chocolate is perishable and may melt in temperatures of 70 degrees F. or warmer. With our chilled shipping option (see chart for rates) we can guarantee our chocolate even if you are sending it to any city in the United States where the temperature may be warm. Just check the “Chilled” box on the order form and add the Chilled Rate shipping and handling fee to the price of your order. If you are uncertain about the temperature at your destination, Beerntsen’s suggests sending our homemade fudges, deluxe caramel corn, nuts, hard candy and/or coffee. • Add $45.00 to the Standard Rate for UPS Next Day non-chilled shipping in the Continental USA.
• Priority Mail is required for USA post office box addresses.
• Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses include Priority Mail rates.
